Having spent over thirty years focused on providing exceptional customer service and appreciation of the aesthetic I feel empowered to interpret the most complex design brief. I have spent the last decade designing kitchens that reflect my clients wishes and aspirations in order to provide a space unique to their lifestyle and preferences. I am currently the Senior Designer at Victoria Kitchens, a family-run bespoke studio in Greenwich. My job, put simply, is to listen to clients, explore how they live and use their space and interpret this information to create a room they never want to leave. The cabinetry, the worktops, the clever bits of storage that is the easy part, the real work is collaborating with my clients to design a space that incorporates elements they did not ask for and would not have thought of along with the elements I know they want through really listening and understanding the design brief. I started my career in fashion management starting as a graduate with Harrods, a manager for Harvey Nichols, and showroom manager for the exclusive high end world renowned French homewares brand Christofle. Following a period of freelance interior design, I was approached by John Lewis to train in kitchen design, from there I have developed a specialism in high end kitchen design with the likes of Habitat, Kutchenhaus, and Intoto.
